Global UX Compensation Transparency database - 1,300+ entries and counting 🤑

Updated: Sep 1, 2023

I'm delighted to announce that the Global UX Compensation Transparency database has reached a new milestone of 1,300 entries (as of January 2023)!

Launched in September 2021, the goal of this project is to help UX professionals successfully negotiate for fair compensation for the value they contribute to organizations. It contains anonymous entries from across the globe, for UX roles in research, design, operations, content, management, and other specialties.

A big thanks to everyone who has contributed so far! You are making a difference by sharing useful information that empowers the people in our community to negotiate and advocate successfully.

With suggestions from the community, the survey has also been expanded to collect some new and important data points like gender, race, and total compensation. Special shout out to Jason Buhle, PhD for his invaluable feedback on the updated version.
